AU - البشري، ضيف الله بن علي نفاع AU - الهرش، جهاد محمد حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات القيادية وعلاقتها بالتكيف الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض، ودرجة توافر السمات القيادية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض، ودرجة توافر التكيف الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على درجة توافر السمات القيادية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض كانت بدرجة (موافق) بمتوسط حسابي (3.66)، وعلى درجة توافر التكيف الاجتماعي بدرجة (كبيرة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.44). ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01≥ α) بين درجة توافر السمات القيادية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض ودرجة توافر التكيف الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدينة الرياض. The most important results of the study: that the approval of the sample of the study on the degree of availability of leadership qualities of gifted students in Riyadh was at a large level with an average (3.66), and the degree to which social adaption is at an large level with an average (3.44). In addition, a positive correlational relationship was statistically significant at the level of (α≤ 0.01) between the availability of leadership traits among gifted students in Riyadh city and the degree of social adaption available among gifted students in Riyadh.
