AU - الزهراني، شريفة عبد الله العليان AB - هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء الوظيفي من وجه نظر المرشدات الطلابيات من وجهة نظرهن، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مختلف المرشدات الطلابية بمنطقة الباحة والبالغ عددهن حوالي (350) مرشدة، وتم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي للكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي والأداء الوظيفي للمرشدات وبلغت عينة الدراسة (70) مرشدة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم الاستناد على مقياس (أبو هاشم، 2006) لقياس مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المرشدات. وتم إعداد إستبانه من قبل الباحثة للتعرف على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى المرشدات من وجهة نظرهن، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجة الذكاء الاجتماعي ودرجة الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المرشدات في منطقة الباحة، كما كشفت عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الاجتماعي يعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على توعية المرشدات ورفع مستواهم في الذكاء الاجتماعي من خلال تدريبهن على فنيات التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل الاجتماعي وكيفية حل المشكلات الاجتماعية والمدرسية، كما وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع المرشدات على تبادل الخبرات اللازمة مع زميلاتهن في العمل والمحيط الخارجي لتحسين الأداء. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the research was to study the relationship between the social intelligence of girl guides and the level of job performance, the population of the study was guides in Baha and their number around 200 guide, descriptive correlative method has been used in order to reveal the relationship between social intelligence and improving the performance of girl guides. The total number of research sample (60) guide, which had been selected based on simple random method. The questionnaire was used as a tool to find where it was invoked on (Abu Hashim, 2006) scale to measure the level of social intelligence of the girl guides. A questionnaire has been conducted by the researcher in order to identify the level of girl guides functionality. The results of the study revealed the existence of a positive correlation between the degree of social intelligence and the degree of functionality from the viewpoint of the girl guides in the Al Bahah. The scale composes of (45) statements and its validity and reliability have been verified. The research results explained that there is a positive correlation in the degree of social intelligence and the degree of functionality from the viewpoint of the girl guides in the Baha region. Also, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences on the total degree of social intelligence attributed to the educational qualification variable, and there was no statistical significance difference on the overall degree of functional performance attributed to the variable of experience years. In addition, there were no statistical significance differences on the overall degree of functional performance the training courses variable. The study recommended to educate guides and raises their level of social intelligence through training on techniques to deal with others, social networking as well as how to solve social and school problems. Also, the research recommended to encourage guides to exchange the necessary expertise with colleagues at work and the outside environment to improve performance.
