AU - العباسي، دانية بنت عبد العزيز AU - ال مزاح، مها محمد هادي AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة وتقويم الوضع الراهن لتجربة التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة الملك خالد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وذلك من خلال معرفة أهم الخصائص التقنية لنظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني المقدم من قبل جامعة الملك خالد، معرفة مدى استعداد أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني، معرفة آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول إيجابيات وسلبيات التعلم الإلكتروني، وتقديم أهم توصيات ومقترحات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتي تسهم في تحسين تجربة التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة الملك خالد. وتكونت العينة من (310) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة ممن يوظفون التعلم الإلكتروني. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث: من أهم مميزات وإيجابيات التعلم الإلكتروني المفعل بجامعة الملك خالد من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ما يلي: يسهل التعلم الإلكتروني التواصل وزيادة التفاعل بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وبين الطلاب أنفسهم، يعزز التعلم الإلكتروني التعليم الذاتي للطلاب، يزيد التعلم الإلكتروني تحصيل الطلاب، يوفر التعلم الإلكتروني طرقا متعددة لتقييم الطلاب. في ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثتان بعقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية متنوعة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لرفع كفاءتهم الذاتية، وتوصي باعتماد معيار استخدام عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعة للتعلم الإلكتروني في تدريس مقرراته كأحد معايير تقييم الأداء السنوي لعضو هيئة التدريس، وكذلك توصي بتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على كيفية إعداد مقرارتهم بحيث تتناسب مع برامج التعلم الإلكتروني. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The main goal of this study was to examine and evaluate the current status and experience of faculty members involved in e-learning at King Khalid University. The researcher inquired about faculty existing knowledge of the most important technical characteristics of e-learning management system provided, and how far they are willing to use e-learning. The researcher also inquired about the pros and cons of e-learning and provided the most important recommendations and suggestions for faculty members for the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the e-learning experience at King Khalid University. The sample consisted of 310 faculty members at the university who employ e-learning. Among the most important findings of the research were the advantages of e-learning at King Khalid University from the viewpoint of faculty members including: e-learning facilitates communication and increase interaction between students and faculty and among the students themselves. E-learning enhances self-learning, increases students' achievement, and provides multiple ways to assess students. Based on the results, the researcher recommended conducting workshops and training sessions to faculty members in order to raise their self-competence and recommends utilizing e-learning as an indicator of excellence in teaching at the university. The researcher also recommends training faculty members on how to set up their courses to suit the e-learning programs.
