AU - زاهر، بسام حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس وتحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية في الجامعات السورية باستخدام أسلوب نشر وظيفة الجودة (QFD). وقد تم توزيع استبانة مُحكَّمة على 115 طالباً من طلاب الدراسات العليا في مرحلة الماجستير، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من ثلاثة محاور هي: متطلبات الطلاب، المناهج الدراسية، دور الكليات محل الدراسة في خدمة المجتمع. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى انخفاض اهتمام الكليات محل الدراسة بتعرف متطلبات الطلاب فيما يتعلق بتحديد المحتوى العلمي للمقررات وأساليب التعلم والبحث العلمي، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم ملاءمة المناهج الدراسية الحالية في الكليات محل الدراسة مع متطلبات سوق العمل، وإلى انخفاض فعالية الكليات محل الدراسة في ربط مخرجاتها مع متطلبات المنظمات الإنتاجية والخدمية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تتعرف الكليات محل الدراسة متطلبات طلاب الدراسات العليا بدقة من خلال المقابلات وإجراء جلسات العصف الذهني معهم. A questionnaire was distributed to 115 M. Sc. students. It focused on three main areas: students' requirements, the curriculum, and the role of the faculties in serving society. The results of the study indicated the faculties' low interest in identifying students' requirements regarding the academic content of the courses, learning methods, and scientific research. The results also pointed out the inadequacy of the current curriculum to fulfill the requirements of the employment market and the lack of efficiency in connecting faculties' outputs with the needs of production and service organizations. The study recommended that faculties must identify the needs of graduate students through interviews and brainstorming sessions with students.
