AU - الغامدي، محمد سعيد صالح AU - حسين، رمضان عاشور AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة امتلاك معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين لمهارات توظيف الحاسوب وجهة نظرهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) موزعة على معلمي الطلاب الموهوبين بمنطقة الباحة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والذي يتناسب مع موضوع الرسالة، واحتوت أداة الدراسة المحور "امتلاك معلمي الموهوبين للمهارات في استخدام الحاسب" ويتكون من (32) عبارة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين لمهارات توظيف الحاسوب جاءت بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط استجابات معلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في درجة امتلاك معلمي الموهوبين للمهارات في توظيف الحاسب تعزى متغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة والتخصص الاكاديمي وأخيرا المرحلة التعليمية. وبناء على النتائج فقد توصل الباحث إلى العديد من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة أن يتم إعداد برامج تدريبية مناسبة لتأهيل معلمي الطلاب الموهوبين على استخدام الحاسب الآلي ومتابعة أدائهم من قبل الإدارة المدرسية باستمرار. Nonetheless, it implied 45 Al-Baha teachers, as a sample of course, and the implicated the descriptive approach which serves the subject of the study. Additionally, its tools consisted of 32 statements distributed on axis; "if the teachers have the skills to use the computer or not", apparently consists. Last but not least, the study results concluded that the teachers are average in employing computer skills — the study sample individuals’ point of view. Notwithstanding, no statistically significant differences between the average of teachers’ responses to the level of mastering computer skills regarding gender, scientific degree, experiences and academic major, and the educational stage. Accordingly, the researcher reached several recommendations, mostly important of which: the need to prepare suitable training programs to qualify the teachers of gifted students in order to use the computer properly and their performance is to be monitored constantly by the school administration.
