AB - The present study aims to verify the degree of job satisfaction and loneliness experience among secondary school female teachers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It also aims to identify the correlation between job satisfaction and loneliness experience among secondary school teachers. To achieve these objectives, the correlational descriptive approach was adopted, and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) and UCLA loneliness scale (R-UCLA) were applied to a sample of (263) secondary school teachers. The results indicated an average level of job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Riyadh, as colleague relationship ranked first, followed by job, professional growth, and career progression, respectively, while salary and financial incentives ranked last. Results revealed an average level of loneliness among secondary school teachers. Further, there was a statistically negative significant correlation between job satisfaction and loneliness level among the participants. The study recommends conducting future research on loneliness experience among Saudi women in general, and among the working Saudi women in particular.
