AU - محمد، محمد ماهر الحمار AB - The objective of this study was to develop the Faculty of Education at the University of Najran in light of the learning organization approach. To achieve this objective, the descriptive approach was used. The study tool (a questionnaire) was applied to a random sample consisted of 84 in the academic year 1437/1438. Several results were obtained. The availability of the dimensions of learning organization was (2.30), i.e., Medium. There were no statistically significant differences due to gender or job variables. There were statistically differences due to the experience variable. Accordingly, some recommendations were made to help in the developing of the Faculty of Education at the University of Najran in the light of the approach of learning organization. It is recommended to provide opportunities for continuous learning for faculty members through the problems encountered, provide rewards by the faculty administration when faculty members learn new things, encourage faculty members to hold seminars and brainstorming sessions to exchange views openly and transparently, listen to the views of others, and encourage faculty members to work collectively by monitoring the rewards of the faculty teams in the light of their achievements.
