AU - الشكيرية، مريم بنت عبد الله بن سالم AU - الكيومية، أمل راشد عبد الله AU - العمري، أيمن أحمد AU - كاظم، علي مهدي AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية برنامج خبراء الإشراف التربوي بالمعهد التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين في سلطنة عمان في إعداد خريجين لمشرفي المواد قادرين على ممارسة مهامهم الإشرافية من وجهة نظر الخريجين في ضوء أنموذج ستافليبم للقرارات المتعددة (Stufflebeam Model CIPP). ولتحقيق ذلك؛ وظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام استبانة إلكترونية اشتملت على (48) عبارة، وموزعة على ثلاثة محاور أساسية لأنموذج القرارات المتعددة (المدخلات، العمليات، والمخرجات). وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (103) مشرفا ومشرفة من المشرفين خريجي البرنامج. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة فاعلية برنامج خبراء الإشراف التربوي في إعداد الخريجين لمشرفي المواد كانت متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.31)، وبدرجة بأهمية كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.58)، وقد حصل محور العمليات على الرتبة الأولى من حيث درجة التحقق والأهمية، وبدرجة كبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.46، 2.66) على التوالي، في حين احتل الرتبة الثانية محور المدخلات بدرجة تحقق متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.32) وحصل نفس المحور على الرتبة الثالثة من حيث الأهمية وبمتوسط حسابي (2.51)، وقد تحقق محور المخرجات بدرجة متوسطة وحصل على الرتبة الثالثة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.24)، في حين جاء نفس المحور بدرجة أهمية كبيرة، واحتل الرتبة الثانية، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.57). وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتحسين البرنامج أبرزها: إعادة النظر في محتوى البرنامج؛ والتخطيط للبرنامج بناء على المهام الإشرافية للمشرف التربوي، والمستجدات التربوية، وإعادة النظر في تدريب المشرفين على الإشراف العيادي، والتشاركي، وتحويل البرنامج إلى برنامج أكاديمي بدرجة ماجستير في الإشراف التربوي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to measure the degree of effectiveness of the educational supervision experts’ program at the specialized institute for professional training of teachers in the Sultanate of Oman in preparing graduates who are able to exercise their supervisory duties from the perspectives of the graduates of supervisors, in light, in light of the Stufflebeam model for multiple decisions (Stufflebeam model CIPP). They employed the descriptive approach using e-instrument, which included 48 items categorized in three main domains of the multiple decision model (context and inputs, processes, and outputs). This questionnaire was applied on a sample of 103 male and female graduates' supervisors of the program. Results of study revealed that the degree of effectiveness of the educational supervision experts’ program was medium, with (M=2.31), and the degree of importance was in high with (M=2.58). The “processes” domain occupied the first rank in effectiveness and importance with high degree and (M=2.46, M=2.66) respectively. While the second rank was occupied by the “input” domain with a medium degree, with (m=2.32), and the same domain obtained the third rank in terms of importance and with (M=2.51). The “output” domain was achieved with a moderate degree and obtained the third rank, with (M=2.24), while the same domain came with a high degree of importance, and occupied the second place, with (M=2.57). The study recommended a set of suggested measures to improve the program, most notably: reconsidering the program content; and planning for the program based on the supervisory tasks of the educational supervisor, educational developments, reviewing the training of supervisors on clinical and participatory supervision, and transforming the program into an academic program with a master’s degree in educational supervision.
