AU - الخولي، هناء فتحي محمد AB - The current study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the preparation of a teacher of intellectual education during service in its various aspects (psychologically - educationally - professionally) and the development of many perceptions among students with simple mental disabilities. The sample of the study consisted of 20 teachers who work in institutions of intellectual education (governmental and private) in Qalyubia Governorate - School of Intellectual Education in East Shubra El-Kheima and an institution for people with special needs, and 15 mothers of students with mild mental disabilities, and the criteria used to prepare the teacher of intellectual education during service and a guide for the guardian’s observation were used to develop concepts for students with minor mental disabilities (prepared by the researcher). The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of preparation of the teacher of intellectual education during service and the development of concepts among students with simple mental disabilities.
