AU - النوافلة، علي عايد موسى AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي لبعض مهارات الكتابة في ضوء الكتاب المدرسي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي من مدرستي عاصم بن ثابت الأساسية للبنين ومدرسة جلواخ الأساسية للبنات في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء البترا، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام اختبار مكون من اثنتا عشرة فقرة على أفراد عينة الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي لمهارة الكتابة كانت متوسطة. كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لصالح الإناث في مهارة الكتابة . The sample of this study is considered (50) male and female students who are in the ninth grade in Assem Bin Thabet and Gelwakh primary school in Petra governorate. The archive goals of this study, an observations card of twelve paragraphs has been distributed to the target student’s. The results showed that the students possess the middle level and were differences at the level of (0.05) to the possession of the writing skills to the female students.
