AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية لدى قادات المدراس، والتعرُف على بعض المتغيرات المستقلة (الجنس، القطاع، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). تكونت عينة الدراسة من المعلمي والبالغ عددهم (110) معلماً ومعلمة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تمّ تطوير أداة الدراسة استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة موزعة في خمسة مجالات. وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لموضوع البحث وأهداف البحث في ضوء طبيعة مشكلة البحث ونوع المتغيرات. وبناءً على طبيعة البيانات المراد جمعها، وعلى المنهج المتبع في البحث، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث أن مدى تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية في الأردن جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة درجة البكالوريوس. AB - This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the creative leadership of school principals at Jordan was applied and to identify some of the independent variables (gender, sector, experience, qualification, and gender). The sample of the study consisted of (110) teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was applied. The researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach to suite the subject of research and the research objectives in light of the nature of the research problem and the type of variables. Based on the nature of the data to be collected and the methodology used in the research. The most important results of the research were that the extent of application of creative leadership in the capital Amman came to an average degree and showed no statistically significant differences according to gender variables and years of experience.
