AB - هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية بيئة تعلم افتراضية قائمة على التدريس التأملي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى الطلاب المعلمين بليبيا واتجاهاتهم نحوها، وتكونت أدوات البحث من اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية، وبطاقة ملاحظة، مقياس الاتجاه، وتمثلت مجموعة البحث في عينة مقصودة البالغ عددها من (35) طالب معلم بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية جامعة الأسمرية، وتوصلت نتائج البحث الى: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الاتجاه نحو البيئة الافتراضية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تقييم المجموعة التجريبية للبيئة الافتراضية والمتوسط الفرضي (80%) لصالح متوسطي درجات تقييم المجموعة التجريبية للبيئة الافتراضية. AB - The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a virtual learning environment based on contemplative teaching in developing the skills of the effective teaching among students-teachers in Libya and their attitudes towards it. The research material consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects, an observation card and an attitude scale; and the sample of the research was represented in an intended sample of (35) student- teacher of the fourth year at the faculty of education, University of Al-Asmaria. The results of the research concluded the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the cognitive test for the post-application. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the observation card for the post-application. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the attitude scale towards the virtual environment for the post-application. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group evaluation for the virtual environment and the hypothetical mean that is (% 80) for the average scores of the experimental group evaluation for the virtual environment.
