AU - حسب الله، عبد العزيز محمد AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى تقويم ممارسات التقويم لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنيا في ضوء استراتيجيات التقويم البديل، من خلال التعرف على درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لهذه الاستراتيجيات من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف بها، وتقديم مقترحات التحسين، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث ببناء مقياس لاستراتيجيات التقويم البديل يتكون من خمسة أبعاد تمثل خمس استراتيجيات للتقويم البديل، وهي: (1) إستراتيجية التقويم المعتمد على الأداء (2) إستراتيجية التقويم بالورقة والقلم (3) إستراتيجية التقويم بالتواصل (4) إستراتيجية التقويم الذاتي (5) إستراتيجية تقويم الأقران. وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس بتطبيقه على عينة من الطلاب قوامها 300 طالب وطالبة من طلاب كلية: التربية، والعلوم، والتمريض، والآداب، ودار العلوم، وللإجابة عن تساؤلات البحث تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة قوامها 1148 طالب وطالبة بنفس الكليات، وتم جمع البيانات وإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية، وأسفرت النتائج عن: (1) أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنيا يمارسون استراتيجيات التقويم البديل بدرجة منخفضة (2) يوجد تأثير دال إحصائيا لكل من: الاعتماد الأكاديمي وطبيعة الدراسة بالكلية والتفاعل بينهما في مستوى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستراتيجيات التقويم البديل (3) قدم الباحث مجموعة من المقترحات لتحسين مستوى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستراتيجيات التقويم البديل. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this research is to evaluate the assessment practices of faculty members at Minia University in the light of alternative assessment strategies by identifying the degree of use of these strategies by the faculty members from the students' point of view, identifying strengths and weaknesses, to achieve these goals the researcher built a scale for alternative assessment strategies consists of five dimensions representing five alternative assessment strategies: (1) performance-based assessment strategy (2) paper and pen assessment strategy (3) communication-based assessment strategy (4) self-assessment strategy (5) peer-based assessment strategy. The psychometric properties of the scale were verified by applying a sample of 300 students from the college of: education, science, nursing, literature and Dar Al- Uloom. In order to answer the research questions, the scale was applied to a sample of 1148 students in the same colleges. Results showed that (1) faculty members at Minia University practice alternative assessment strategies at a low level (2) there is a statistically significant effect on the academic accreditation, the nature of the study in the faculty, and the interaction between them in the level of the faculty members' practice of the alternative assessment strategies (3) the researcher presented a set of proposals to improve the practice of faculty members of alternative assessment strategies.
