AB - This study aimed to identify the level of organizational, human, and technical readiness of public education schools that are implementing the future gate of digital transformation in response to the Corona pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool were used, and the questionnaire consisted of (30) statements dealing with the level of schools' readiness for digital transformation, distributed into three areas: organizational, human, and technical. The sample was chosen by a simple random method, and it consisted of (329) male and female principals of the public education schools that implement the future gate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who numbered (3377) principals. The results of the study showed that the level of readiness of schools for digital transformation was high in whole, and the level of human and organizational readiness for digital transformation was ranked first and second, respectively, with a high degree of agreement, followed by technical readiness in third place with an average level agreement. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses about the total score of the level of school readiness that apply the future gate for digital transformation and its sub-dimensions of (human readiness and organizational readiness) according to the gender variable, in favor of the female principals. The study provided recommendations to develop schools' readiness for digital transformation to respond to the Corona pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
