AB - This study seeks to provide recommendations to the development of the practice of secondary school leaders for executive planning in their schools by measuring the degree of practice and identifying obstacles faced. The researcher used the descriptive method. Data was gathered using a questionnaire and the research sample consisted of supervisors of school leadership in the general administration of education in Riyadh, semester 2, for the academic year 1437/1438 AH (41 supervisors in total or 85.4% of the total study population). The main results were: 1) the approval of the research sample that the degree of practice of secondary school leaders for executive planning in their schools is: "average". 2) The research sample largely agree about the obstacles faced by secondary school leaders in the implementation of executive planning in their schools. 3) The research sample agreed "very much" on the proposals given.
