AU - العازمي، منيرة جعيلان AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التميز التنظيمي باعتباره مدخلاً لتحقيق متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية الأساسية في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي النوعي، وطبق البحث المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات على أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الأساسية في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات التعليمية متمثلة في مجتمع البحث البالغ عددهم 569 عضوا وعينته 60 عضواً ما يمثل 10% من مجتمع الدراسة (كلية التربية الأساسية في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي بدولة الكويت) والتي ترغب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، ترى أن قدرتها تنبثق من بلورة القيادة والموارد البشرية في الكلية، وأوصت بضرورة العمل على استغلال الإمكانات المادية والبشرية قدر الإمكان، مما يحقق تميز المؤسسة وتنميتها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the research is to identify organizational excellence as an approach to achieve total quality requirements in the College of Basic Education in the Public Authority for Applied Education in Kuwait, and to achieve the goal of the research, the qualitative descriptive approach was used. The research applied the interview as a tool to collect information on faculty members in the College of Basic Education in the Public Authority for Applied Education in Kuwait, and the results of the study concluded that the educational institutions represented by the research community which their number is 569 members and its sample what it represents 10% of its community (the College of Basic Education in the Public Authority for Applied Education in Kuwait) that wish to achieve organizational excellence, believes that their ability emanates from the development of leadership and human resources in the college, and recommended the necessity of working to exploit the material and human potentials as much as possible, in order to achieve distinction and development of the institution.
