AU - الجهران، هناء محمد AU - درادكه، أمجد محمود AU - مقابلة، عاطف يوسف AU - بدح، أحمد AB - This study aims to investigate the relationship between the degree of occupational enrichment practice and it’s relation to organizational creativity among principals of basic schools in Amman from the perspective assistant point of view. And knowing the different views according to the different variables (gender, scientific qualification, and years of service). The relational descriptive research approach that is the most appropriate method for this type of studies has been used. In addition to this, it was used like the questionnaire which is a way to collect data, and the study sample reached (378) assistants, It consisted of (34) items for the occupational enrichment tool, and (24) items for the organizational creativity tool. One of the most important findings of the study was that the degree of government primary school principal’s practice of occupational enrichment was high and the level of practice of organizational creativity was also high. And that there are a statistically significant relationship between the occupational enrichment, and the organizational creativity, and the absence of statistically significant differences to the degree of the practice of occupational enrichment and the level of practice of organizational creativity according to the variables of the (gender, scientific qualification and years of service). There are some recommendations were reached based on the results of the study: The need to work on attracting competent cadres from administrators to be leaders directed towards development and renewal, and conducting similar studies targeting the directorates and the employees of Ministry of Education.
