AU - عبد العزيز، أحمد محمد محمد AB - تستهدف الدراسة الحالية إحداث طفرة إستراتيجية في أداء الجامعات المصرية من أجل وضعها في مقدمة الجامعات العالمية داخل العديد من التصنيفات العالمية، وبالتالي نحن في حاجة لامتلاك جامعاتنا لمقومات الذكاء التنافسي والاستراتيجي، وذلك من أجل تحليل استراتيجيات الجامعات المنافسة على جميع المستويات العالمية والاقليمية، وأيضا امتلاك جميع مقومات الذكاء الاستراتيجي والتي تكمن في استشراف مستقبل الجامعات، والتفكير بمنطق النظم، وزيادة الدافعية والحدس والإبداع لديها، وبالتالي نحن في حاجة لنماذج حديثة تقوم بتفعيل هذا المقومات مثل التحالفات الاستراتيجية، حيث لجأت العديد من الجامعات العالمية لهذا النمط لتحقيق مقومات الذكاء التنافسي والاستراتيجي لها، وبالتالي تحاول الدراسة الحالية عمل نمذجة باستخدام التحليل المورفولوجي - وهو أحد أنماط الأدوات والأساليب المستقبلية - لدور لدور التحالفات الاستراتيجية في تحقيق متطلبات التكامل بين الذكاء التنافسي والاستراتيجي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aims at achieving a strategic breakthrough in the performance of Egyptian universities in an attempt to place them among the leading universities in the overall world university rankings. In order to achieve this goal, the Egyptian universities have to possess the fundamentals of competitive and strategic intelligence so that they can analyze the strategies of competitive universities at the regional and global level. In addition, our universities have to possess the basics of strategic intelligence which can be manifested in the ability to predict the future of universities, to think logically and systematically, and to increase motivation, intuition and creativity. Accordingly, our universities need modern models to activate these essentials such as strategic alliances to which many universities have resorted in order to achieve the fundamentals of strategic and competitive intelligence. In this regard, the current study attempts to propose a modeling of the role of strategic alliances in achieving the fundamentals of integration between competitive and strategic intelligence. This modeling is primarily based on morphological analysis which is considered one of future study methods and tools.
