AB - This research aims at present to detective the methods in crisis management among a sample of principals of vocational schools and institutes in the Beqaa governorate - Lebanon, and detective the differences between the average scores high-school head-masters at the scale of crisis management, according to the following changes (sex, experience, qualifications) variables among the high-school head-masters in Beqaa governorate. To achieve this goal has been to use the questionnaire to measure the crisis management of the preparation of researcher. The study sample consists of (68) male and female high-school headmasters in Beqaa governorate. The most important findings of search: 1) the prevailing method in the schools’ principals the method of containment in crises management with a relative weight of (%83.86). 2) There were differences between the mean scores of high-school headmasters on a scale of crisis management due to the sex variable favor for male. 3) There were differences between the mean scores of high-school headmasters on a scale of crisis management due to the experience variable favor for higher experience. 4) There were differences between the mean scores of high-school headmasters on a scale of crisis management due to the kind of school variable favor for higher qualification.
