AU - محمد، محمد آدم نصر AU - أحمد، عباس أبكر محمد AB - This study focused on the effectiveness of the public relations in academic corporations. The researcher applied the descriptive study on Kassala University during the period 2010-2012. The main objective of this research is identifying the effectiveness, programs and activities of public relations in addition to procedures and approaches of through: 1) the important of public relations programs in academic corporations. 2) Identify the effective role of public relations in the society. The researcher setup some scientific result, recommendation and proposals that lead to promoting and progressing of public. He referred to previous studies in the same field, and used descriptive apache, information collection articles, questionnaire, direct interview and monitoring approached. He found that: 1) the public relations did not connect the university society with the external people. 2) The public relations cavities and programs have not provided in request Mannar. 3) The public relations administration does not add some progressing character to the university. 4) Executive programs did not achieve the required objectives. 5) Absence of qualified specialized public relations staff. 6) There are no training and qualifications courses and session of public relations. 7) Public relations budget is not satisfactory.
