AU - بن جمعة، أمينة AU - جرمان، الربيعي AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور دار المقاولاتیة في تفعیل فكرة إنشاء مؤسسات صغیرة ومتوسطة لدى طلبة الجامعات، فبعد أن كان الخریج الجامعي یبحث عن منصب شغل أصبح هو من یخلق ویوفر مناصب الشغل، ویتحقق ذلك بدمج وربط ثقافة المقاولاتیة ببرامج التعلیم العالي، التي یتمكن من خلالها اكتساب مختلف المهارات (المهنیة، التقنیة والاداریة والشخصیة) والمواقف والسلوكیات، وتنمیة روح المقاولاتیة بما وتثمینها عن طریق برامج الدعم التي یتم خلقها على مستوى الجامعة كدار المقاولاتیة. تحمل في طیاتها من روح المبادرة والمخاطرة، وثقافة العمل الحر...، والتي یتم تنمیتها وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دار المقاولیة تساهم في تمكین الطلبة في الدخول إلى عالم الأعمال من خلال تقدیم الدورات التدریبیة والاستشارات التجاریة وتوفیر بیئة أعمال متكاملة تساعدهم في تحقیق واستدامة مشاریعهم.
