AU - العطوي، سليمة هليل سليم AB - Attempt to take benefit from the experience of Finland, Japan to handle the problem of study which is the possibility of taking advantage from the experience of Finland and Japan which leads to improve kindergarten in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which complies with the Saudi culture the study deals with the management of kindergarten and its finance its aims in each of Finland and Japan in order to handle the problem of the study which represented in (the possibility of taking benefit from the experience of Finland and japan in improving the management of kindergarten in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the comparative approach in order to reach to its aims. The researcher presented some of the use of the experiences of Finland and Japan to improve the management of kindergarten in KSA e.g. focus on the mental side thinking and attention on people with special needs as adoption targets. In such institutions and makes the ministry of education is the first responsible of the finance and supervision concentrically in order to eliminate the double standard and the dependence syndrome in kindergarten ,moreover to overcome obstacles which in the way of self –financing which is from private sector and community in institutions to set a specific organization structure . For kindergarten which includes dietitian, therapist, guide, social doctor, and psychologist, moreover the application of strategy the placement of employees as it is in Finland. This study has recommended the raise of the importance of cultural awareness of the importance of kindergarten in Saudi society and concentrate in inserting the earlier education through the education system of and makes it mandatory. Moreover, give the mangers of kindergarten a sufficient degree of terms of reference to upgrade and improve the institutions of kindergarten and the insurance of healthy food (meals) for children as well as teaching staff and the management according to medical standards.
