AB - This study aims mainly to discover the personal and organized factors that affect the employee's level of commitment by the official time of working hours at Amran University. For that, the study depends on the surveying methodology through distributing a questionnaire on a random sample consists of 350 employees. The final findings which extract from the study were as follows: concerning the employee's level commitment of the official time the study reveals that the majority of them are committed with the time of official working hours. The arithmetic mean for that level is generally about 4.187%. In addition, the study clarified that there is no statistic function relationship among the employer's age and his commitment by the official time of working hours. This may be due to the employer's awareness about the importance of the application which reaches to 73.6% for the category * 25 - 35 years. The study also, reached that there are no statistical function differences concerning to commitment of the official time among male employee whom conform the majority of the sample with percentage 92.0% and the female whom conform 8% from the sample. The study on the other hand, manifested that there is no statistic function relationship among the employer's qualification and their knowledge by tasks and duties besides the rising of awareness which make them more aware by the committeemen importance by official time of working hours and its affect upon productivity.
