AB - The research aims to reveal: 1) the effect of using an educational program accompanied by NLP on learning the performance of the two-legs book, then lifting. 2) The differences between the three research groups (auditory, visual, tactile) according to each sensory preference in learning the technical performance of the two-legs holding position and then lifting. The researcher used the experimental approach to its relevance to the nature of the research, and the research sample consisted of (30) students from the Faculty of Physical and Sports Sciences - the third stage distributed over three groups (10) for each group, and equivalence between them was in variables (length, mass, age) as well as a number of fitness items the first experimental group used the auditory style, while the second experimental group used the visual style, while the third experimental group used the tactile pattern the implementation of the program took four weeks, at the rate of one educational unit per week, and the time for each educational unit was (90) minutes, as the implementation of the program started on 4/14/2019 until 16/5/2019. The researcher used the following statistical means: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, (T) test, percentage, one-way analysis of variance, and the least significant difference (L.S.D.).
