AU - أبو رمضان، يسى غازي يوسف AU - الأغا، صهيب كمال AU - الجرجاوي، زياد علي AU - آغا، محمد هاشم AU - العاجز، فؤاد علي AB - The study aims to recognize the waste of education for the high studies the effect of variables (sex, college, the academic system) in wasting and putting perception to reduce this phenomenon. The researcher used the analytical descriptive way – The study of community includes (3384) students (M/F). The sample of study is random includes (340); 10% from the original society in 2017 - 2018 from the students of university. To achieve the goals of the study; the researcher made a survey included (38) points discussed the causes of Educational waste, credibility and stability have been ensured to get some specific data. The following statistical methods have been used: Duplicates, the percentage, the ratio, arithmetic verge, the deviation standard, Spearman coefficient-Brown and alpha cronbach coefficient. The study resulted the following: The rate of Education waste for high studies in the Palestinian universities in southern areas regards to economic reasons (82.2%) high. Social reasons(59.6) mid - Personal reasons(47.4%) low - - Administrative reasons (62.7%) mid - Academic reasons (61.4) mid. The study managed to put a suggested view to decrease the educational waste which aims: Providing support and scholarship for students - Developing Libraries and increasing the number of magazines and records Developing programs according to the needs economic and developing society Holding directing meeting for students of higher studies. Recommendations: 1) Decreasing the cost of high studies, fees of registration, fees of thesis and using premiums to encourage the Palestinian efficient to contribute in the development of society. 2) Developing the programs of high studies and increasing the efficiency from scientific labs, facilities, halls and libraries.
