AB - This study aimed to identify the requirements for the application of electronic management in the schools of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman from the viewpoint of teachers and administrators and research on the impact of variables job type and years and experience with the study sample, and to achieve the goals of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach, so he developed a questionnaire consisting of (25) A paragraph divided into four areas, whose honesty and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of (64) teachers and administrators distributed over three secondary schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study showed the importance of providing the requirements for the application of electronic management in schools of education, and the arrangement of the fields was made individually according to the importance from their point of view. First the technical requirements, then the financial requirements, then the human requirements, and finally the legislative requirements, except that the sample members agreed on the importance of providing all these requirements, as the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) between the sample members about the fields of requirements for the application of electronic management Attributed to the variable of the job type, the study also demonstrated that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to experience regarding the importance of the fields of e-management requirements.
