AU - محمد، شيرين مأمون سيد أحمد AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عن واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في كلية الفجر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها . كما تهدف إلى الكشف عن ماهية خدمات الإرشاد الأكاديمي المقدمة للطلاب من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس المرشدين الأكاديميين. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة بالتساؤلات التالي ما واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في الكلية من وجهة نظر الطلاب؟ استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) طالباً و طالبة من طلاب المستوي الأول و الثاني و الثالث و الرابع. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن هناك رضا بدور و أهمية المرشد الأكاديمي وجهة نظر الطلاب. وقــد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة بذل المزید من الجهود لتفعیل عملیة الإرشاد الأكادیمي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the academic counseling at Alfajr College for sciences and Technology from the point of view of its students and member of teaching staffs as well as to explore the functioning of the academic counseling services provided to the students as per the perspectives of the member of teaching staffs. The problem of study raised the following question: What is the situation of the academic counseling at the college in terms of students’ opinions? The study employed the analytical descriptive method and its sample was consisted of 70 male/female students from the first, second, third and fourth year level. One of the various findings indicated that the students were satisfied by the role and significant of the academic counselor. The study recommended that more efforts should be exerted to activate the academic counseling process.
