AB - This research is the nucleus through which an image can be provided about the colleges of the University of Taiz, and what these colleges can achieve for each of the standards (the International Organization for Standardization and Standards). This leads to a feedback for those responsible for those colleges that helps them reach the special goal of citizens who are demanding the university to achieve high-quality service levels, which calls for the need to improve and develop the method of providing these services and simplify the procedures for achieving them as follows: 1) ensuring good performance of services by university employees for the beneficiaries. 2) Ensuring the achievement of reliability in the performance of the various services provided by the university to auditors of all kinds. 3) Conformance and Conformance of the service provided with the expectations of its beneficiaries before they receive it. 4) Spreading the good impression of the citizens and the good reputation of the university's performance of its functions towards its beneficiaries.
