AU - الأسدي، خلف مطشر دايخ AB - يرمي البحث الحالي إلى التعرف (أداء المرشدين التربويين من وجهة نظر المدرسين في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة البصرة) شمل مجتمع البحث على المدرسين والمدرسات المستمرين في الدوام الرسمي في محافظة البصرة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اختار الباحث عينة مكونه من (200) مدرس ومدرسة، استعمل الباحث إستبانه (أداة البحث) وقد تكونت من (10)، وقد تم عرضها على مجموعه من الخبراء لاستخراج الصدق الظاهري لها، أما الوسائل الإحصائية المستعملة في البحث (الوسط المرجح، الوزن المئوي) وقد توصل البحث الآتي، إن المرشد التربوي كان له دور فعال ونشط في علاج المشكلات التربوية والنفسية للطلبة. The research community includes in-service male and female teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher chose a sample of (200) male and female teachers. The researcher used a questionnaire as a research tool. It is composed of (10) items. It was presented to a group of experts to check its face validity. As for the statistical methods used in the research, they were weighted average, percent weight. The following research results have been reached: the educational guide had an active role in the treatment of educational and psychological problems for students.
