AU - حسين، بانقا طه الزبير AU - الرشيد، سعد سويلم AB - The requirements of the application of knowledgement at secondary schools from education leaders point of views in Tabook city. The two researchers adopted the descriptive methodology. The study population comprised 545 education leaders. The two researchers selected a random sample of 278 education leaders. They used the questionnaires as tool for data collection. For data analysis, they use the statistical package for social science analysis. The researchers came to these most important findings: the real state of the requirements of the application of knowledge management is generally at ameidium degree. There are no statistically significant differnces at in education leaders, estimations for the requirements of the application of knowledge managements in general. However, at domains level, there are differences in the requirements of the organizational structure due to job rank variable of administrational experience. In favour of those whose experience is longer. The study come to many recommendations, the most important are: the ministry of education has to start setting asuitable strategy for applying the requirements of knowledge management at secondary schools, astractegy matches the school’s ambition.
