AU - الطوالة، مطر غالي AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإبداعية بالمدارس التابعة لمكتب التعليم في محافظة سميراء من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمين بالمدارس الحكومية محافظة سميراء، بلغ عددهم (179) معلماً، وتم تصميم استبانه تكونت من (35) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية:  أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإبداعية بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة سميراء جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، بينما جاءت درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على بعد الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق  الإدارة الإبداعية بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة سميراء بدرجة عالية، كما جاءت درجت موفقتهم على بعد الصعوبات التي تحد من تطبيق الإدارة الإبداعية بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة سميراء بدرجة موافقة عالية أيضاً. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aimed to identify the status-quo of applying creative management in schools affiliated to the Education Office in Samiraa Governorate from the viewpoints of teachers. For achieving the purpose of the research, a random sample of teachers in government schools in Samiraa Governorate was assigned totaling (179) teachers. A questionnaire was designed consisting of (35) items under three main dimensions. The research adopted the descriptive survey method, and the following results were yielded: the degree of approval of the study sample on the status quo of applying creative management in government schools in Samiraa Governorate was (medium), while the degree of approval of the study sample concerning the difficulties encountering creative management application in public schools in Samiraa Governorate was high. The degree of approval of the study sample concerning the difficulties limiting creative management application in public schools in Samira Governorate was high also.
