AU - المسعودي، أحمد سليم عيد AB - تقوم الجامعات بدور فاعل في تحقيق الخطط التنموية وإعداد الشباب ليساهموا بدور فاعل فيها لذلك تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة القدرة التنبؤية للتعلم ذاتي التنظيم وفعالية الذات بالتوافق النفسي لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث طبقت المقاييس التالية : مهارات التعلم المنظم ذاتيا والفعالية الذاتية والتوافق النفسي بعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية على عينة الدراسة والتي تكونت من (467) طالبا بالفصل الدراسي الأول 1441-1442هـ ، وأظهرت النتائج أن التعلم ذاتي التنظيم و الفعالية الذاتية والتوافق النفسي لدى أفراد العينة من طلاب الجامعة جميعها  تقع في المستوى المتوسط وهي على التوالي (3.12)، (2.99)، (3.18) من واقع مقياس خماسي التقدير، كما ظهر أثر لتفاعل التعلم ذاتي التنظيم وفاعلية الذات بالتوافق النفسي لدى طلاب الجامعة وتوصي الدراسة بتحسين التعلم ذاتي التنظيم والفعالية الذاتية والتوافق النفسي لدى طلاب الجامعة. وتوجيه مزيد من الدراسات لتناول التوافق النفسي لدى طلاب الجامعة وعلاقته بمتغيرات أخرى. This study aims at studying the Predictive Ability for Self-Organized Learning and Self-Efficiency in Psychological Compatibility for University students. The study used the descriptive method and applied the following standards: The Predictive Ability for Self-Regulated Learning and Self-Efficiency after confirming the psychometric on the study sample which contained (467) students in the first semester of the academic year 1441 - 1442 Hijri. The results indicated that there is a relation and interaction between the levels of the learning skills in the study sample of the university students which all in the middle level as the following (3,12), (2,99), and (3,18) out of (5) on the standard. The study also found a statistical relation on the level (50,0) between the self-organized learning and self-efficiency for the university students.
