AU - الشراري، العنود بنت صبيح دايش AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الحدود الشمالية واتجاهاتهم نحو تطبيقها في مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة، وتمثلت الأدوات في برنامج تدريبي على مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية، واختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي، وبطاقة تقييم الأداء المهاري، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو تطبيق الاختبارات الإلكترونية في مقررات التربية الإسلامية . وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة تجريبية مكونة من (15) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تخصص الدراسات الإسلامية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم الأداء المهاري ومقياس الاتجاهات لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وهو ما يؤكد على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات تصميم الاختبارات الإلكترونية وتحسين الاتجاه نحو استخدامها في مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at preparing a proposed training program and measuring its effectiveness in developing the skills of designing electronic tests among the faculty staff members at the University of Northern Borders and their attitudes towards their application in the courses of Islamic studies. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher employed the quasi-experimental approach by designing one experimental group. The tools consisted of a training program on the skills of designing electronic tests, an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect, a skill performance assessment card, and the attitude scale towards the application of electronic tests in Islamic education courses. The study was applied to an experimental sample consisting of (15) faculty staff members in the specialization of Islamic studies. The findings of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (a≤0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of achievement test and skill performance assessment card in favor of post-application. This confirms the effectiveness of the training program in the development of the designing skills of electronic tests as well as improving the attitude towards their use in Islamic studies courses.
