AB - The objective of this research was to identify the reality of the job enrichment for the secondary institutes' Sheikhs and agents in Al-Azhar Fayoum region in the following dimensions (skills diversity, task assignment, importance of tasks, independence, feedback), and to detect statistically significant differences between the means of the sample responses toward the job enrichment from the perspectives of the same due to the variables of (sex - job title). The research used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool applied to a sample of secondary institutes' Sheikhs and agents in Al-Azhar Fayoum region. The results showed that the reality of job enrichment for the secondary institutes' Sheikhs and agents was achieved in a medium degree. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the responses means of the sample on the dimension of the independence due to the variable of sex for the males. There was also a significant difference between the responses means of the sample on the dimension of the task assignment due to the variable of job title for the secondary institutes' agents. There were not significant differences between the responses means of the sample on the other dimensions and on the questionnaire as a whole, due to variables of sex and job title.
