AU - عباس، ياسر ميمون AB - یعد الفقد المتمثل فی إضاعة الجهد والوقت والمال بلا عائد من العوامل التی تحول دون أداء المؤسسات التعلیمیة لوظائفها، لذا استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف علي صور الفقد ومصادره بمؤسسات التعلیم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هیئة التدریس في محاولة للتغلب علیه لتحسین الأداء بهذه المؤسسات وبالتالي تحسین مخرجاتها، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبیق استبانة علي عینة قوامها (283) من أعضاء هیئة التدریس بجامعة المنوفیة، وكان من أظهر النتائج أن الفقد الناتج عن عدم الاستفادة من الخدمات الإلكترونیة المتاحة بالجامعة جاء فی المرتبة الأولي بدرجة تواجد كبیرة، ثم جاء بدرجات تواجد متوسطة علي الترتیب كل من الفقد الناتج عن الأخطاء، والإنتاج الزائد والعملیات الزائدة، والانتظار الزائد، والتنقل غیر الضروري. Therefore, this research aimed to identify types of wastes in higher education institutions from the viewpoint of faculty members in an attempt to overcome them in order to improve the performance of these institutions, thereby improving outcomes. The descriptive method was used and also a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (283) staff members at Menoufiya University. Waste as a result of the ignorance of the university electronic facilities was their first priority with high percentage, and then followed by wastes which result from defects, over production and over processing, waiting, movement.
