AU - العزاوي، صفا سالم محمد AB - The present study aims at investigating the obstacles of Elearning in teaching Arabic language during COVID 19 from the viewpoint of teaching staff of the college of Basic Education in the university of Diyala. In order to put the aims into action a questionnaire prepared that includes (30) obstacles distributed on three domains which are: 1) 7 obstacles related to administrative domain, 2) 13 obstacles related to the teacher and the student, 3) 10 obstacles related to E-learning. The questionnaire submitted to the jury members and then, reliability and validity were measured. The sample of the study include (40) teaching staff members and the suitable statistical methods were used. The study comes to conclude that: 1) Making use of the strength and weakness points to control Elearning in teaching Arabic language, 2) Training teaching staff members to use teaching platforms, 3) Setting a vision and a plan for E-learning according to the curriculum philosophy and available infrastructures, 4) Preparing the infrastructures like computers, programs, networks (inter- and intranets).
