AU - عزيز، إسحاق فيصل AU - سليم، مظهر عبد الكريم AB - The current study aims at recognizing: psycho well-being of the university students, the reference of the statistical differences in the psycho well-being for university students according to the gender and specialization, the sample comprises of "400" female and male students from the University of Diyala as "200" females and "200" males randomly chosen in the randomness method, in order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire to assess the psycho well-being which consists of "36" items. The apparent validity and reliability of the construct of the tool were verified by alpha Cronbach. The reliability factor was "71.0" while the reliability of the tool by retest method was "0.84". Using the statistical means: t-test for one sample, t-test for two independent sample and analyzing the dual interaction, the results are as follows: the university students enjoy psycho well being, there are no differences in the psycho well-being according to the gender and specialization.
