AU - أبو شحادة، كفاية حسين شوباش AU - عفيفي، يسرى عفيفي AU - الموجي، أماني سعد الدين AU - عفيفي، أميمة محمد AB - The objective of current research is to develop inquiry thinking skills and attitude towards subject through the teaching of the unit of the chemical reactions of the pupils at the basic ninth grade from the upper stage of basic education in Palestine. This is going to be conducted through using proposed program built on blended learning and to achieve the objectives of the research, the program proposal based on blended learning was built as well as the preparation of scale inquiry thinking skills and scale of attitude towards science has been applied to a group of 36 students –females – as experimental group and (36) students-females- of the control group, the search results have pointed out to the effectiveness of the proposed program in the in development skills of inquiry thinking and attitude towards the science for students in the basic ninth grade in Palestine.
