AU - خليل، عمار إسماعيل AB - يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف (أثر استراتيجيتي التعلم التنافسي الفردي والتدريب العقلي في الفهم القرائي لدى طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط). واختار الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لثلاث مجموعات والاختبار البعدي، وبلغت عينة البحث (93) موزعة على ثلاث مجموعات، وكافأ الباحث بين المجموعات الثلاث في بعض المتغيرات. وأعد الأهداف السلوكية والخطط واختبار الفهم القرائي بعد عرضها على الخبراء والمتخصصين، وبأستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة أظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي درست باستراتيجية التعلم التنافسي الفردي والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي درست باستراتيجية التدريب العقلي على المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الإعتيادية، وأوصى الباحث باعتماد استراتيجيتي التعلم التنافسي الفردي والتدريب العقلي في تدريس المطالعة، وقدم اقتراح الباحث إجراء دراسات مكملة لبحثه في مراحل ومواد أخرى.
