AB - The aim of this research is to design a Flipped classroom environment based on the diversity of educational activities (individual / group) and investigate their impact on developing the skills of producing digital learning elements and self-efficacy among high and low students' motivation of academic achievement in the Department of Educational Technology. The cognitive load scale was applied to the students before the research to determine their level of motivation. A self-efficacy scale, a note card for producing digital learning elements, and an achievement test for the cognitive aspect were also prepared. The research tools were applied tribally to a sample of 120 students at the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Banha University. They were divided into four experimental groups whose equivalence was verified before the experiment through pre-measurement of research tools. Experimental processing was carried out, then the application of the tools afterwards, data analysis, and extraction of results resulted in a statistically significant effect of activities in the inverse classroom environment on the development of cognitive achievement and skill performance to produce digital learning elements and self-efficacy among students. The results also showed that the individual activities have an impact on the performance of high motivation students while the low motivation corresponded with the individual activities in the practical performance, and the researcher made some recommendations and suggestions in the light of the results.
