AU - محمد، محمد شعبان أحمد AB - The main purpose of the present study is to identify the impact of the interaction of both spiritual intelligence and happiness on the quality of work life in a sample of special education teachers. The sample of the present study consisted of (332) from Special Education Teachers at Fayoum and Beni Suef governorates. Three measures were applied: the indicators of quality of work life scale (prepared by the researcher), the indicators of the sense of happiness scale (prepared by the researcher) and spiritual intelligence scale (prepared by the researcher). The researcher adopted the descriptive approach - causal-comparative study. Findings revealed that: There are statistically significant effect of the interaction of both spiritual intelligence and happiness on the quality of work life in the sample of special education teachers. here is a positive relationship between the average score of the members of the research sample on the quality of work life and their scores on the scale of spiritual intelligence. There is a positive correlation between the mean scores of the sample of the research sample on the quality of work life and their degrees on the happiness scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of teacher of hearing impairment, teacher of visual impairment ant teacher of intellectual disability on quality of work life scale. There are a statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of teacher of hearing impairment, teacher of visual impairment ant teacher of intellectual disability on spiritual intelligence scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample of teacher of hearing impairment, teacher of visual impairment ant teacher of intellectual disability on happiness scale. There are statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the research from high and low quality of work life on spiritual intelligence scale. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample from high and low quality work life on happiness scale. Spiritual intelligence contributes to predicting the quality of work life in the sample of the research from special education teachers. Happiness contributes to predicting the quality of work life in the sample of the research from special education teachers. The path analysis model for the relationship between spiritual intelligence, happiness and quality of work life achieves good quality standards for conforming to the assumed model.
