AB - Aggressive behavior often appears to be found in all children but in different degrees. Although, aggressive behavior appears to be to be found in human being this shows it is a sign that he has not reached maturity which allows him to succeed in developing his internal adjustment to agree with the traditions and regulations of society. The appearance of aggressive behavior might be due to the lack of mental and emotional maturity to those who have this kind of behavior. After reviewing several previous writings, the researchers found that there are Conrad –actions of opinions and inclinations about specifying the relationship between intelligence and aggressive behavior. (Heber, 1964) and (Samia, 1987) found that when intelligence's rate decrease the rate of aggressive behavior increase’s. Another team of researchers like (Willenger, Roth, and Ali, 2003) found that when the rate of intelligence increases the rat of aggressive behavior increases too. Same scientist's see that aggression differs according to age and it develops by observing aggressive samples that is by imitating and reincarnating. By this the problem this research is combined to answer the following questions: does the aggressive behavior differs according to difference in age? Is there a relationship between aggressive behavior to intelligence, and is this relation positive or negative? Is there variance in intelligence according to difference in age? These questions will be answered in this research. This research aims at identifying: 1) the degree of aggressive behavior in children at age (5,7,9,11) years. 2) Significant differences in aggressive behavior according to difference in age. 3) The degree of intelligence in children at age (5,7,9,11) years. 4) Significant differences in intelligence according to differences in age. 5) The relationship between aggressive behavior and intelligence. The sample concluded (80) child, (20) child for each age mentioned in this research, divided equally between both sexes (10 males, 10 females) taken from kinder garden and school to represent the ages (5,7,9,11)years. Students and children from kinder garden and primary stage (second, fourth and sixth) stage from Baghdad (Al-Rusafa and Al-Khark).tools of research: first: aggressive behavior scale: in order to measure aggressive behavior in children an Izink scale was used and after adjusting the research tool contains questions which validity was drawn out by exposing it to a group of specialties in psychological and educational sciences. Second: intelligence test: Wechsler intelligence test scale children was chosen(phonetically side ) which is known as (WISC) adjusted by (al- azawee,2004)as shown in this study .the test has high psycho meter aspects and used to measure children's intelligence at age (5-6)years till age (15) years .it has (101) items and has sub-tests. This research has reached to the following conclusions: 1) decrease in aggressive behavior in sample of children. 2) Age has an effect on aggressive behavior, as aggressive behavior decreases with proceeding in age. 3) The sample of study does not have a very high level intelligence. 4) Age has effect intelligence, as intelligence increases with proceeding in age. 5) There is a strong and reversed relationship between intelligence and aggressive behavior, in other words, whenever intelligence increases aggressive behavior decreases.
