AU - المفرجي، سالم محمد AU - الشهري، عبد الله بن علي AB - This study proposed to determine Levels of forgiveness and ego flexibility among counselors of Holey Makkah, to examine effects of gender upon forgiveness and ego flexibility, and to explore the relationship between forgiveness and ego flexibility among school counselors in Holey Makkah. 348 school counselors (215 males, 133 females) were randomly selected, and answered forgiveness and ego flexibility scales. Statistical analyses revealed a high levels of forgiveness and ego flexibility among school counselors, significant differences in forgiveness in favor of male counselors, insignificant differences in ego flexibility due to gender. Also, several recommendations were suggested.
