AU - الشرع، آيات مصطفى AB - This study designed to determine the qualification among physical teachers at the Directorate of Education for First Irbed depend on their view. It is based on descriptive curriculum which is included all physical teachers at the public elementary schools in the first Irbed Directorate of Education. The method that had been used a questinnaire survey which was classified into three categories: planning, implementation and evaluation. The survey results show the qualifications arranged from good to high scores through their point of view. In addition, the implementation has the first scale parameter, the planning and finally evaluation scale. On the same side there are no differences on social variables. While, there is a statistical differences on educational variable, where the study found the differences infavour for Bachelor‟s groups.
