AU - Khaled, Ahmed AU - Kaabi, Ali A AB - The purpose of this study was to evaluate the College of Education graduates perceptions of their preparation programs and performance in schools. A purposive sample consists of 84 graduates currently employed in public schools agreed to participate in the study. A survey was used to collect quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data reported the percentage of respondents’ perceptions of knowledge of content and pedagogy, planning instruction, diversity and individual differences, community and ethics, assessment, communication and technology, and teaching for learning. The qualitative data reported respondents’ perceptions of strengths, and weaknesses of the programs as well as their suggestions for programs improvements.
