AB - This research aimed at developing the concepts of Arabic language included in intermediate Arabic books for the students of college education (Arabic language department) through a program based on the second generation of web (web2.0) and know their attitudes towards it. To achieve this aim the researcher analyzes the content of Arabic language curriculum in the intermediate school and perform a list with the concepts of Arabic language (grammar) included in it. Then, prepare a diagnostic test in this concepts and applied to a sample of Arabic language student teachers and fixing the weak concepts of they have in Arabic language and developing it through a program based on blogs. Also the researcher prepared achievement test in the Arabic language concepts and measuring their attitudes towards the second generation of web (web2.0) and applied it after and before the program on the research sample. The experimental method was used for studying the effectiveness of using the independent variable on the dependent variable of the Arabic student teachers in college education. After ending from the application of the tools The results have proved that: There were statistically significant differences between mean scores of pre and post application of the experimental group in both(measuring attitudes and collection test of concepts) favoring post application. In the light of the result the researcher presents some recommendations. (Published abstract)
