AU - الأنسي، رضوى محمد محمود AB - لقد وسّعت وسائل الإعلام بفعل التكنولوجيا الحديثة مسار المعرفة نظراً لسرعة انتشارها حتى أصبح العالم قرية صغيرة، مما جعلها من الأدوات المهمة لتغيير الاتجاهات والسلوكيات والأفكار. ومن هنا يظهر دور الإعلام كأحد التخصصات التي ينبغي أن تقترب من دراسات الإعاقة والتربية الخاصة؛ لأهمية وسائل الإعلام في كثير من قضايا الإعاقة، وفي مقدمتها قضية التوعية، وقضية الاتجاهات، والدمج، الحقوق، الإعلام التربوي، رعاية الموهبة، التي تتراكم لتشكل عقبات وصعوبات تواجه ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومؤسسات الإعاقة في تحقيق أهدافهم في تحسين صورة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجتمع. وتمثل هذه الورقة مدخلاً لدراسة عدة قضايا تمثل العلاقة بين الإعلام والتربية الخاصة، وتوصيات مقترحة لوضع تلك العلاقة قيد التنفيذ. Hence, the role of Media appears as one of the disciplines that should approach disability studies and special education. Due to the importance of the media in many issues of disability, foremost of which is the issue of awareness, the issue of trends, inclusion, rights, educational media, improving talent, which accumulates to form obstacles and difficulties facing people with special needs and disability institutions in achieving their goals in improving the image of people with special needs in society. This paper represents an introduction to the study of several issues that represent the relationship between media and special education, and suggested recommendations for putting this relationship into practice.
