AU - العيد، عبد الرحمن عبد العزيز محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير عملية التقييم والتشخيص في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية بالمملكة العربية السعودية من حلال وضع تصور عملي لتلك الإجراءات المطلوبة لتطوير عملية التقييم والتشخيص والارتقاء بدورها في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية ويرى الباحث أن أهمية المشروع تكمن في تفعيل فريق العمل وتوضيح طبيعة أدوار ومهام كل عضو من أعضاء هذا الفريق على حدا في عملية التقييم والتشخيص بالإضافة الى تطبيق النموذج المقترح كا فريق متعدد التخصصات، تحديد أهداف، تحديد الجوانب والمجالات التي يتم تشخيصها وجمع البيانات عنها، تنوع مصادر المعلومات، تنوع وسائل القياس، أهلية أعضاء فريق التشخيص والتقييم، تهيئة الظروف الملائمة لتنفيذ الاختبارات والمقاييس، تنظيم وسائل جمع المعلومات وتبويبها وتحليلها، كفاية التقرير وتفسير نتائج التقييم، إعادة التقييم، مما أدى الباحث الى ان يوصي في هذا البحث الى العمل على توفير الكوادر المؤهلة في مجال التشخيص والتقويم، الاهتمام بالتشخيص الدقيق والمبكر لكل فرد من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، تبادل الخبرات والأفكار، إنشاء مراكز للتقييم والتشخيص، عمل دورات تدريبية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to develop the evaluation and diagnosis process in intellectual education institutes and programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by setting a practical vision for the procedures required for the evaluation and diagnosis process and upgrading its role in intellectual education institutes and programs. The researcher believes that the importance of the project lies in activating the work team and clarifying the nature of the roles and tasks of each member of this team separately in the evaluation and diagnosis process in addition to applying the proposed model as a multidisciplinary team, defining goals, identifying aspects and areas that are diagnosed and collecting data on them, diversity of sources of information, diversity of measurement methods, eligibility of members of the diagnostic and evaluation team, creating appropriate conditions for implementing tests and standards, organizing the means of collecting, classifying and analyzing information, adequacy of the report and interpretation of evaluation results, reassessment. This led the researcher to recommend in this research to work to provide qualified cadres in the field of diagnosis and evaluation, attention to accurate and early diagnosis for each individual with special needs, exchange experiences and ideas, establish centers for evaluation and diagnosis, and conduct training courses.
