AU - سيد، الحسين بن حسن محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، والتعرف على مستوى الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. وطُبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (400) معلم ومعلمة في المرحلة الابتدائية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1) يتمتع مقياس الهناء الذاتي بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة من حيث الاتساق الداخلي، والصدق، والثبات. 2) مستوى الهناء الذاتي الوظيفي بشكل عام جاء متوسطاً. The sample of the study consisted of (400) teachers of primary school in Jeddah, The results indicated that: 1) Enjoy Subjective well-being at work It has good psychometric properties in terms of internal consistency, honesty, and stability. 2) The level of Subjective well-being at work in general was average.
