AB - This study aims to provide an account of how Arabic morphology is given to non-native Arabic speakers. The study engages with new methods that can effectively introduce Arabic morphology to students in the most accessible ways. The study employs the analytical descriptive approach by examining three different reference books that are used to teach non-native Arabic speakers in an attempt to show how morphology is being introduced to these students. The study finds that the reference books did not differentiate between morphological and language syntax, reflecting a lesser interest in the area of morphology moreover, the morphological usage is neither categorized according to what students need according to their corresponding levels nor presented in an appropriate way for its effective usage. In light of these results, the study recommends giving particular care to how morphological material is presented and distributed among the different levels of the non-native Arabic speakers.
